Pull the plug out. Pull the rubber piece off. There will be a metal tab that you push in and down a little til it unhooks. Then you just turn the bulb and pull it out. do the reverse to get it back in. Make sure you don't touch the glass on the new bulb, you'll get the oils from your hands on it and it will kill the life of the bulb. Here's a pic of directions:
